Mr. Santoso led an engaging discussion on school management, a subject highly relevant to the <em>Educational Management and Supervision<\/em> course in the postgraduate curriculum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Santoso, an experienced education leader, shared valuable insights into effective school management practices. He highlighted strategies for optimizing administrative processes, supporting teacher performance, and fostering a productive learning environment. His approach drew on real-life experiences from managing one of Jakarta&#8217;s notable vocational schools, which served as an enriching case study for the students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The &#8220;Kuliah Praktisi&#8221; event allowed postgraduate students to connect theory with practice, providing them with a unique perspective on the dynamics of educational management and supervision.
