Sufiyandi, one of the lecturers at the English Education Study Program, FKIP, Universitas Bengkulu, is now pursuing his doctoral degree at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) in Bandung, West Java. He majors in English Education at the Faculty of Language and Literature Education. UPI is a leading campus in Indonesia, especially in the field of Education which is the field he\u2019s working on. The English Education Study Program of UPI has shown its quality with an accreditation rating from BAN-PT at a \u2018Superior\u2019 level. Besides being accredited at the national level, the study program is also accredited internationally by Agency for Quality Assurance by Accreditation (AQAS). Thus, it is very reasonable for scholarships from LPDP or BPI to recommend UPI as one of the only three campuses in Indonesia to apply for English study program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the support of the Indonesian Education Scholarship (BPI), Sufiyandi started his studies in February 2023. He has had invaluable time taking the various courses offered by the program such as EFL Curriculum Development, ICT-Cultivated TEFL, Advanced Research Methodology, Textbook Development, Topics in EFL Pedagogy, etc, so that he will bring renewal of his experience and knowledge to Universitas Bengkulu when he completes his study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his spare time, Sufiyandi involves in non-academic activities. He serves as human resource development in the BPI Awardee UPI organization. Through these activities, he participates in providing socialization of the BPI program for those who wish to continue their studies at the master’s and doctoral levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
