
Public Lecture on Exploratory Practice for Language Teacher Professional Development
The English Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Bengkulu conducted a public lecture featuring Junjun Muhammad Ramdani, M.Pd., Ph.D., on Tuesday, July 29th, 2025, attended by 100 English Education students.
The session introduced the fundamentals of Exploratory Practice in language teaching, its role in teachers’ professional development, the distinction between Exploratory Practice and Classroom Action Research, strategies for identifying classroom puzzles, and its practical implementation for pre-service language teachers.
This activity strengthened students’ reflective skills and supported their preparation to become professional, adaptive, and lifelong learning educators.
